An Absolutely lovely service, ambience, food & most importantly hygienic . Lucky to discover My ideal place for outside food whenever I visit Siliguri. I highly recommend Hotel Central Plaza for best experience. The Hotel staff Mr. Prashant Tamang was proactive,efficient and very polite.

Stayed here for a night and it was an OK stay. Located in Pradhan Nagar, near to the WB property - Mainak Tourist Lodge, public transport is easily available outside the hotel. You will always find rickshaw and totos outside the hotel. Food is served in the room as well. We got our food served, as late as 11 PM. Rooms are spacious with AC, bathrooms can be cleaner but manageable. Overall satisfied

I stayed in Hotel Central Plaza, Siliguri, before also. This time I stayed after almost 2 years. Hotel is located end of Hill Cart Road near National Highway. The hotel will appear average from outside. Even when you get inside the property. But the rooms are good , airy, well maintained and is sufficient for the price. The furniture is also quite okay. My suggestion to the hotel management they should include a mineral water, morning tea and newspaper. If you do not want to provide a tea - please keep a tea and coffee maker in the room. Another suggestions try to keep iron with stands as a complimentary service. The food is quite good but the room service call handling must improve. You can make the reception and the corridor on every floor brighter by using light colour paint ( white or cream) as well as put some bright lights. These will change the way your hotel looks. My stay on the whole was good. I will recommend this hotel. Its better than some flashy hotels.

This is an average hotel located in Siliguri. The rooms are also average and are maintained properly. The washrooms are also not bad. The hospitality was good. The rates are slightly higher. Overall average experience.

I stayed here for a short time. No facilities at all. Its too costly. Food here is so bad and non hygenic. I ordered here paneer and found bones in the gravy. Room service is too bad, no drinking water available in your room. Tv here is out of recharge. You can't entertain. If you want to call reception desk you have to go there. I booked it from booking.com but the caretaker denied to give room. He allotted me room privately. So disappointed from here. No facilities. Never book this hotel. He charged me for seeing the room.
